Floating Holiday Allotment

    Hi,
    We have a Floating Holiday plan that creates an allotment transaction for the employee effective the day the employee qualifies for the plan. After 90 days the hours move from allotment to available. We have some employees that do not receive the allotment. I have researched the employees to see if there are any common denomiators and I have found nothing. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you rectify the issue?
