    Hi Everyone,

    We have just inherited the process of setting up our Open Enrollment in Lawson.

    We know that we will have to change the rates in the BN screens to update the rates for our groups and update the BS screens to set the parameters for the ess portal - however can anyone provide guidance as to the order we should approach or a checklist of action items that need to be taken?

    In addition, our open enrollment this year is passive. Has anyone done this before? Is there are way to carry the plans that an ee is currently enrolled over?

      If all your plans remain the same, you shouldn't need to do anything else. Do not run your BN105 for rate changes until you've loaded your OE records.

      All your current enrollments will continue if no changes are made.
