Hi,
Is there a way to change the ownership of a Smart Note? Let's say someone leaves unexpectedly, or there is a shift in role responsibilities, etc...I'd like to know:
1. How someone can change ownership of someone else's Info Set and Smart Note to themselves.
2. How someone can change ownership of their own their Info Set and Smart Note to someone else.
I found one forum post called "Smart Note Owner" . This forum post addressed how to subscribe to another person's Smart Note, but subscribing does not allow you to edit the Smart Note. Also, there were instructions to go to Content Administrator, but again, the options I found here do not allow the person to actually Edit the Smart Note.
Your help is appreciated.

Go into the Content Administration Tool and then select the Edit option for the Smart Note. Click on the number 5 (Save) and there is an option to "Save New Item". This will save the Smart Note under the id you are login as.

Under the Admin section, go to Content Administration. On the top right of the screen there is a section "Assign Items To". Click the link "+Click here to select a user".
Find and add the user you want to reassign the object to.
Find the object you want to reassign in the Content area, check the box on the right side of the object, click "Assign To". You will be asked to confirm that you want to reassign the object, click ok and the object will be reassigned.
