PA215 - Medical Listing
**Form Purpose
Run Medical Listing (PA215) to print a list of employee medical information
from PA15.1 (Medical), and work restrictions from PA15.2 (Work Restriction).
The list shows by employee: physical information, emergency medical codes,
and work restrictions.

PAEMPLOYEE - The Employee Personnel Information file is used to print all
employee data.
PAMEDICAL - The Emp Medical and Work Desc Code file is the primary file
printed with this report.
PCODES - The Human Resource Code file is used to verify HR codes.
PERSGROUP - The Employee Group Header file is used to verify the employee
groups.
