BR18.1 - Contract Category Group



Use Contract Category Group (BR18.1) to create a group of account categories
that have specific billing and revenue parameters for a specific contract.



**More Information

All account categories added to the contract category group must be
in the account category structure assigned to the contract activity.
An account category can be assigned to only one contract category group
for a contract.
If you later remove an account category from a contract category group,
BR balances must be rebuilt. This means you must backout billed transactions
and their impact on billed balances and ceilings using Billing and Revenue
Backout (BR140).

BR18.2 - Contract Category Group Mass Addition



    Use Contract Category Group Mass Addition (BR18.2) to add multiple
account categories to the selected contract category group.

    All account categories added to the contract category group must be in
the account category structure assigned to the contract activity.
    An account category can be assigned to only one contract category group
for a contract.

BR18.3 - Contract Category Group Copy



Use Contract Category Group Copy (BR18.3) to create a new contract category
group by copying an existing contract category group. You can also use this
form to copy all contract category groups for a contract to another contract.

All account categories added to the contract category group must be
in the account category structure assigned to the contract activity.
An account category can be assigned to only one contract category group
for a contract.
If a set of contract category groups is commonly assigned to new contracts,
use the All Contract Cat Groups option to recreate all contract category
groups
assigned to the "Copy From" contract for the "Copy To"
contract. In this situation, the group name fields must be left blank; the
groups being copied are added to the "Copy To" contract with the
same names as descriptions as for the "Copy From"
contract.
