Use Applicant (PA31.1) to define information about external applicants.
An external applicant is an individual applying for a job or position from
outside the company.
NOTE If you employ an applicant by using Hire an Applicant (PA52.4),
information about the applicant updates to the corresponding employee records;
you do not have to re-type information.
