Does anyone know information about accessing the data dictionaries on here? Going to Tech -> Data Dictionary -> clicking on 9.0 for tables, getting an error - 404 - File or directory not found. They have been helpful for us in the past.
Thanks!

IF you're just looking for LBI stuff.... go to ERDS.
If you are looking for Lawson tables, shoot me an email/message.

The requested data dictionary links should be working again.

Thank you John! Is there a plan to discontinue having these on the site?
Greg, the ERDS show blank boxes. The couple ERDS that show something isn't all that is needed.

I've noticed that blank boxes in any browser other than IE.
Use IE 11, with NO compatibility view. LBI 9.0.3 and to the right tabs, show all that I've ever needed.

Should be fixed now. The issue is that I switched LawsonGuru.com from http: to https:, and some of the content was still using http:. If you have 'allow mixed content' setting turned on in IE, it would display.

Why do you ask?

I ask because I, personally, have found them helpful and have suggested their viewing to others. I haven't found another resource as complete. Not everyone has moved from version 9.0 (yet) and while version 10/11 is up and coming, the 9.0 dictionaries remain valuable until another current resource is available for S3/M3.

You can create your own (from your own database)....
see my comments from 05/27/2011 3:01 here:
https://www.lawsonguru.co...d=96&aft=8738&afpg=1
And you can create for any databases, not just Lawson's/Infor's.
It just takes a little time....

Does a data dictionary exist for version 10? (or even an updated v9?) I find the data dictionary VERY helpful but none of the ACA tables and fields are included in it.

I saw an issue for some time with the links on this site, but they appear to have been cleaned up. The admin must be out to as I 've have submitted my availability to be posted a couple of days back and it's not there. I've been told that the tables in version 10 are not that different from version 9 with few exceptions. However, I have heard that version 11 is different.

I'm also heard V11 is different - in fact - that all tables have been rewrittern - especially GL.

That may be a good thing. I have always thought the navigation around GL was a bit convoluted. Hopefully the EDI portion of 11 is not to far from 10. Version 10 is different from 9 in that respect.

The data dictionaries and ERDs on this site are unofficial, and are provided by me as an independent consultant. They are not provided by Lawson/Infor. In order to do that, I require access to a client's database, preferably with all, or at least most, system codes. That is the difficult part, since most clients don't have every system code, and as an independent, I don't have access to a demo/development server from Lawson/Infor. If your organization has the majority of the Infor products, don't have many customizations, and would be willing to give me access, please let me know. Originally, the scope was just the S3 (legacy Lawson) tables and needed to be free of customizations (often this required hours of work to exclude them from the final result), and were generated by scripts to create a static, yet interactive, model. At this point, the scope should ideally also cover M3, Landmark LTM/GHR and IPA, etc. etc. Alternatively, I have been designing a way to interactively work against
your own
database (with just your installed products, and possibly your customizations) rather than a generic data model. This would potentially be part of my Examiner for Lawson S3, or perhaps a standalone product.
