Currently, when we audit changes to our AP10.1 and AP10.2 address changes using APAUDIT, the table also shows address changes to PO10. Auditing AP10.1 and AP10.2 address changes is required by our internal audit department. We utilize field ID's 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23. We are showing false audit findings due to the merged data in APAUDIT. Please reference Infor incident 10826136 for troubleshooting with Infor tech and their test findings.
Currently no way to differentiate changes to AP10 from changes in PO10 that compile in APAUDIT.
I am asking Infor to indicate in the field ID if it is an AP10 or a PO10 field change.
