There's a PF service called "Shpmt BkordVoid" that is supposed to notify someone that a shipment line has been backordered or voided in WH30.2, WH31.2 or WH32.2. Does this work for RQ system orders? I don't recognize many of the variables listed in the ProcessFlow Reference Guide so I'm guessing the service is geared for retail or manufacturing.
