We are looking for an Expense Management solution and are considering purchasing Infor's.  I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on the product.  We use all of the Lawson products so it makes sense to go with this, but we don't have to.  I was curious if anyone had any feedback whether it is negative or positive with their product, or any other for that matter.

    Thanks!

We are currently on Lawson version 9.0.1.7 (in the process of upgrading to v10) and have Infor Expense Management version 8.3.4 (looking to upgrade to v10) installed.  We originally purchased the Lawson Travel and Expense Management module and were told by Infor that this application was being retired and we would have to go forward with Infor Expense Management.  So we converted our licenses over and implemented XM instead.  Our implementation experience with XM was a long one.  We felt like early adopters and found many bugs in the process flows that are used to transfer data to/from Lawson.  Honestly, most of the issues we encountered were on the Lawson side.  The XM tool itself is a great tool.  We are only using it for employee expenses and are reimbursing them through payroll.  We also use XM to process all of our corporate credit card transactions and these are reimbursed through AP.  We have considered implementing the vendor payment module but will wait until after we complete our Lawson upgrade.  All in all, the XM tool is fairly straightforward.  The admin tool is a little clunky but we are hoping it is a little more streamlined in the upgraded version as well.  If you go with XM, definitely go with the more recent version.  the user interface has been improved so the look and feel is much nicer for the end user.

Jennifer - I've been tasked with learning the XM SAT tool, specifically as it related to user access. Any chance that there might be someone at your organization I could visit with about how you guys set things up? I'm struggling a bit with the way things tie together and would love to talk it through with someone that's "been there." Thanks!
