IPA inbasket approvals

    V10  S3 only (no TM), using IPA.

    notices appear within the inbasket in Ming.le as tasks.  When action is taken get Ming.le notice that action occurred, it disappears from the inbasket, but when you look at the Work Unit it is still appearing as if it is waiting on the action to take place.

    Any suggestions ?

      When you look at the work unit in Rich Client and check the log do you see any errors? If all tasks have been completed then the work unit should show complete.

      This probably should be in the Landmark section.

        There are no errors. The WU just appears to be waiting on the action to happen

          This is a communication issue between the servers. You may see a partial metrics results in the system.

            Just a final note on this...We found a Kb on this and our IPA user had to be changed within IFS to set the RunAs (oh shoot forget the last part trying to do from memory)...to Yes then restart.....worked
