I have an accountant setup in Portal the same (so it seems) as a fellow accountant. However, this person can not access AM220, 240, ... and other forms that HE CAN access in LID?? What am I missing in his Portal set up?
I am new to Portal ADMIN btw...

Compare their RD30 records (look at the login user, product line, etc.) and see if they are really pointing to the correct LID user, and therefore, security class, that you think they are. If so, have you changed their LAUA security recently ... you might need to do an /servlet/IOSCacheRefresh
