Window pops up with
message from webpage
FileMgr Error:

I have tried to change the portal role.
I have removed the user from Lawson Security Administrator and added her back.
still getting the error anytime I try to add/remove bookmarks.

Yes, user does have access to LOGAN and all those tokens. Not sure portal version or IE version comes into play here, as I don't have a problem with my user id, but if I sign on at my desktop with her ID I get the same error.

I was also getting this error when logging in the system was trying to download bookmark/role updates. I resolved it by granting access to Internet Object Services in the ENV profile. I have just added this to my bookmark role. Hope this helps!

Perhaps KB 5243840 may be of use to you as well ? I'm just grasping at this point.
