Setting up Lawson Monitor

    Are there any instructions anywhere on connecting to your internal admin server with the mobile monitor app?  We have downloaded the app both on iphone and android and have put in the server address and port number for LCM. 

    • On iphone we get an SSL error. (We've installed 2 separate SSL certs on our phones, but neither resolve the issue, so not sure what cert it needs). 
    • On Android we get 'the server does not contain sign in configurations' 

    I searched on infor xtreme support site and could not find any configuration instructions.   Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thanks,

      Are you referring to the Lawson Mobile System Monitor or the Landmark Monitor?

        Oh, Lawson Mobile System Monitor, which I have since learned is an S3 app. We do have S3 so that would be handy for that; I was just hoping there was one for M3. I opened a ticket with Infor and they never would confirm or deny the existence of other apps. They just told me Mobile System Monitor was for S3 and we'd have to have someone configure the server connection for us. I'm assuming all the apps out there are for S3 and not M3, but the help desk never would confirm that for me.
