Does anyone allow employees to enroll past their 30 day deadline, but instead put them in POST tax benefits for medical, dental, vision instead of the pre-tax benefits for the remainder of the year?  This has been brought up as an option someone had at a former employer, but we weren't sure how "popular" this is.  We normally say no if they are past their deadline.
