TA170 accruing twice

We are in the middle of a semi monthly process, period ending 2/15/08 with a check date of 2/15/08 and the TA170 job is accruing for both 2/15/08 and for 2/29/08. I have double checked the time record dates and all have a date of 2/15. The only date that I can find that is not in the current period of 2/1 - 2/15 is when I drill on the time records, there is a work end date of 2/16. My only knowledge with this date is that it is system generated when you close the payroll year. I've already opened a support case with GSC but response has been slow. Anyone ever encountered this or have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.
