I have change something in the layout of a smart note.

For the Smart Note “Gemuteerde orders na handmatige vrijgave”  I added additional text in the instruction box.

The changes are made on 08 march.

Today I checked of the changes are also visible on the dashboard in Smart Office.

For some reason the additional text is not visible on the Dashboard of Smart Office.

Did you know what I have done wrong. Because the data is up-to-date ?

      Ellen,

Thats a tough one to trouble shoot without being on your system. Btw, that screenshot is very low rez.

Start by viewing the source of the notification in smart office and make sure the date/time stamp for the data is showing up. If not Id say youre having a cache issue on IE. Clear your cache, restart IE and see if you still dont see it. If the date/tme stamp is showing up in the source code then its a CSS issue and youll need to play around with your CSS classes to get it to show up.

      hth,
      Matt

        Matt,

It is very strang because I saved the changes and I can see it on the LBI Dashboard and I can see it from the Smart Notification in LBI. However I cannot see it 'outside' LBI. Our users have no access to LBI. The have only see the dashboards which are build by our development department. In Smart Office they have access to the dashboards, of course I they have autorization.

so if you view source are you seeing that information in the html code or is it not there at all? I dont mean on the screen I mean if you Right click on the smartnote, select View Source and then do a search for that information, do you find it?

            Matth,

I have look at the source and in the file from the dashboard in Smart Office the thext is not in the file. When you look at line 476 in the files they are different.

In the file of the LBI dashboard the correct text is there while in the file of the Smart Office Dashboard the text is not corect.

I have tried one thing : I have make an copie of the Smart Notification and I place this one on the dashboard. Now I see the additional text. So the next step is to copy the 'new' one and overwrite the 'old' one with the 'new'one.

And now I see the additional text.  The problem has been solved but not the I way expected.
