Is anyone doing Punchout through RQC (on-prem S3) with Amazon?  They have some additional data elements that they send in the incoming payload that needs to be consumed by RQC and populated "somehwere" so that it can be sent back on the EDI PO later. Just wondering how people have handled this extra data.

We don't use them so I don't know what you're looking at - but if you need something that will go from Req to PO and transmit back out with the lines - you might be able to get creative with the procedure info used for bill onlys. It's got order number, requisitioner and two user defined item fields. PO10/10.2 will let you set them to transmit EDI.

        Hi John -

Normally, you would map these type fields to an "Extrinsic" - they are in the rqc_config.xml file in Infor Lawson S3 V10 and below.

Within Infor CloudSuite (V11), a separate maintenance program was established to map them in the eProcurement realm.

Amazon is an Infor certified 'out of the box' punchout integration - FYI.

Please feel free to reach out if you have additional questions, or would like to do a quick walk through virutally.

        All the best!

We just went live with Amazon about a month ago. We are using the PODispatcher in IPA and sending a cMXL file, rather than straight EDI. The cXML file automatially adds that "extra" information to the requisition line for transmission.
