Curious to see at what point you inactivate a users RQ04 account after inactivity. Currently we do it after 9 months on the user not submitting a requistion. We need to either reduce the number of months or purchase more licenses so wanted to see what others are doing.

We run it at 18 months, but we're not running into license issues.

i've seen a license issue for number of users if the number online is greater than the license, but nothing based on simply the active user count in the RQ04.

We were noticing several dormant users as well. We are in the process of cleaning them up. We asked Human Resources to send us their monthly report of terminated employees so we can try to keep up with the turnover. We also are compiling a list of dormant users to check with HR on their employment status. Probably not what you were looking for, but it's an idea for future processes.

Actually, La Dora - that's a good point. We only look at active requesters with no activity within 18 months. We ALSO have a process flow that will inactivate the RQ04 for termed employees.
