We need the ability to audit our price changes entered in the PO25.6 record. We can find the most recent change and the date of the change but we cannot locate any record of the user who made the change.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

That would be nice. We would like that too. You will have to enter an Enhancement Request and just maybe Lawson will listen to you.

If you have Design Studio, you can trigger a ProcessFlow that either sends an email or adds a record to an audit trail table. Remember, however, that when you introduce changes via Design Studio you don't leverage those "enhancements" if you upload via Addins, AGS calls, or use LID.

The only option to cover all of those bases is to create user exits for the affected forms (PO25) that log audit information. I am working with a client on such a project now, to create a more generic audit trail for key forms.
