All Smart Office users are getting the below message when trying to log in to smart office.

    Windows Server 2008

    IIS 7

    Smart Office 10.2.0

That usually means that the client PC does not have the root CA for the SSL Certificate.

You should be able to verify by navigating to the ISO URL (ex. https://isoprod.domain.com:19006) and it will pull up a gridinfo.html. If there is a cert error, IE will show the red warning messages.

Ok I found where to install the cert into the Grid Manager, it still has the expired cert there.  When I try to import the new cert I get an error.

Issue a new Self-Signed cert, and import that.

I'm also getting same SSL Cert Message. However. I'm not seeing any errors when going into the Grid.html.

            Advice?
