My client, Mayo Clinics, is having Ming.le install problems.  Please see questions below,  If anyone can answer some of these questions, I would deeply appreciate it.  Thanks in advance

We are in the process of upgrading to Infor 10.0.7 (MSP)/10.0.9 (ESP), on premise, currently on S3 9.0.1.10 (MSP)/9.0.1.13 (ESP).  We completed our Unit testing and we are ready to move into Integration Testing. There is a new Ming.le LSF version, 11.1.9, that we would like to install in our Integration server but this version has not been tested with all our test scripts yet. Our current Ming.le Foundation version is 11.1.6. We would like to get the following feedback from other Infor clients. Please see the questions below:

    1. What version of Infor10 did your company upgraded to?

    2. When did you go-live with Infor10?

    3. After upgrading to Infor 10, have your company installed a new version of Ming.le (Yes/No)?   If yes, what type of testing was performed by your functional areas after the new version was installed (i.e. full test, partial test, none)?

    4. Did your company upgrade to a new Ming.le version during your upgrade implementation?

    5. Did your company test Infor 10, in any stage of your upgrade testing, with only Portal and did not use Ming.le for testing?

    6. If you have not upgraded to a new Ming.le version but planning to install the newest version, what will be your testing plan ((i.e. full test, partial test, none)?

      Hi Kay,
We're going live on Ming.le 11.1.8 in August. The biggest issue we found is the log out where it keeps the session active even after the user clicks 'Sign Out' but keeps the window open. That is a common scenario in our kiosks.

What version of Infor10 did your company upgraded to? 11.1.8
When did you go-live with Infor10? August 2016
After upgrading to Infor 10, have your company installed a new version of Ming.le (Yes/No)? If yes, what type of testing was performed by your functional areas after the new version was installed (i.e. full test, partial test, none)? N/A
Did your company upgrade to a new Ming.le version during your upgrade implementation? N/A
Did your company test Infor 10, in any stage of your upgrade testing, with only Portal and did not use Ming.le for testing? No, we are testing with Ming.le since that is the supported path by Infor
If you have not upgraded to a new Ming.le version but planning to install the newest version, what will be your testing plan ((i.e. full test, partial test, none)? Full test most likely

      Good luck,
      Nabil
