We recently conducted a DR test where we failed over to alternate hardware (Windows) and then moved back to the original servers. When we moved back to the original hardware, we are seeing that the RQC Approval link was missing. When you run fiddler on the opening Mingle (V10) we see that the call is trying to access the server that we cut over to during DR test. We have stopped/started all app servers and brought them back up, validated nothing changed in the host files, flushed DNS but it seems that something is still caching that other server.
Does anyone have a tip on further troubleshooting? The case with Lawson has not moved much since opening it last week.
