AC169

AC169 - Mass Capitalization Hold

Use Mass Capitalization Hold (AC169) to change
the capitalization status of a group of transactions at once. The
capitalization
status indicates whether or not a transaction is eligible for capitalization
or if it is on hold for capitalization. The status can be changed on
transactions
that are posted but have not already been capitalized.

**More Information

Mass Capitalization Hold (AC169) includes an option
to reset the capitalization status of transactions based on account category.
For example, if an account category's capitalization flag was set incorrectly
at the time the transactions were posted, the flag can be changed on the
account
category and this program can be used to change the capitalization status
of the transactions (by using Process Option = 1).
You can also use Mass Capitalization Hold (AC169) to
change the status of transactions from Hold to Capitalize (Process Option
= 2), or from Capitalize to Hold (Process Option = 3).
