FB45.1 - Budget Journal Control
Use Budget Journal Control (FB45.1) to display and maintain the status
of budget journal entries. From this form, you can view journal type and
release,
unrelease, change, delete, backout, and post budget journal entries. You can
also define control transaction totals for a budget journal entry. The budget
journal entry must be in balance and, for a company that uses control totals,
must have matching control and system amounts before you release it. You can
specify a journal type of Normal (N), Intercompany (I), or Multiple Budgets
(B)
An asterisk (*) displays if filter information exists. Choose the Filter
button to view budget journal entries that meet specific criteria.
