LP554 - Employee Service and Event History Conversion
Run Employee Service and Event History Conversion (LP554) to
load historical service and event records into Lawson.
NOTE Records are loaded with a closed status. The status of an event
record controls whether or not the record is picked up by Employee Absence
Plan Calculation (LP140) for balance use. The status of a service record does
not exclude a service record from being included in an accrual calculation
because service records may be needed by multiple plans, which may have
different cycle frequencies.
This program will be used by non-Lawson Payroll clients to load historical
service data, which will be necessary if any absence plans are defined to
use hours as a basis for determining length of service. This program may
also be used to load in historical absence-related data which is not tied
to a time record in payroll.
