PA23.1 - Employee Qualification Override
Use Employee Qualification Override (PA23.1) to qualify employees for
a position or job even though they do not meet the defined requirements. For
example, an employee who does not have the required education degree may be
considered qualified based on his or her work experience.
**Processing Effect
An employee who is authorized for a job using this screen appears in
Employee Job Qualification (PA64.1), and an employee authorized for a position
appears in Employee Position Qualification (PA64.2). An employee authorized
for either a job or a position would also appear in Employee Qualification
Search (PA62.1).
