PA41.1 - Interviews
Use Interviews (PA41.1) to maintain interview records for employees
and applicants. Interviews for both internal and external applicants can be
maintained.
Test results from tests administered as part of an interview process
may be entered here. Test and Rating values can be used for reporting using
Interview Listing (PA241).
**Processing Effect
You can update the Requisition and Applicant Status as part of the interview
by pressing Select from the Requisition or Status fields. Changes to an
applicant's
status in the Interview form will appear in the Requisition log. Use the Drill
Around feature on the Requisition field to view the Requisition Log, which
provides a history of all status changes for the applicant.
