PR292 - Quarterly Unemployment Insurance Magnetic Media
**Form Purpose
Run Quarterly UI Mag Media (PR292) to create a quarterly state unemployment
tape.
You can create a tape for a process level, a company and its dependent
process levels, an independent process level and its dependent process levels,
or for all report entities and their dependent process levels.
IMPORTANT If the company or process level has nonstandard semi-monthly pay
plans, you must run the Nonstandard 12th of Month Calculation (PR192) before
running Quarterly UI Mag Media (PR292) to ensure accurate headcounts.
**Processing Effect
PR292 fills in the fields for Month 1 Employment, Month 2 Employment, and
Month 3 Employment for states that require this information.
