ACBRDNBLRX FILE
This file contains burden bill rate information from the Burden Bill Rate
(BR04.1). It includes the burdon code, type, pool number, effective date,
rate and a fixed or ceiling flag for an activity. Burdens are additional costs
that are assigned to transactions such as fringe, and G&A expenses. Burden
transactions are created as separate activity transactions when AC190
(Activity Posting) is run. Burdens can be thought of as line level allocations
required for Gov't Contracting and Grant Management industries. Specifically,
this table maintains the billing rates for burden transactions.

is a fixed rate or a ceiling rate. The
flag is maintained in Burden Bill Rates
(BR04.1).
The values are:
F = Fixed Bill Rate
C = Ceiling
If the value is Ceiling, the burden
routine will use the lower of the cost
rate defined on Burden Pool
Rates(AC63.1) or the rate defined on
Burden Bill Rates (BR04.1).
If the value is Fixed, the burden
routine will use the rate defined on
Burden Bill Rates (BR04.1).

Element: Burden Type Burden type specifies the type of
calculation that is used to determine
the total cost associated with a
specific burden. The type is maintained
on Burden Bill Rates (BR04.1)
