Workflow Folder
The Workflow Folder file describes Lawson application forms and report
documents that are associated with a Workflow Work Unit record. These forms
and report documents can be viewed in a procedure. For example, AP26.1
(Invoice Registration) can be viewed in the Invoice Approval procedure.

Element: Form The Lawson application form that is

WF02.1 (Form and Field Definition).
WFF-KEY-STRING Alpha 70 (Lower Case)
Element: Key String This is a string of key values
associated with the application form.
WFF-START-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Start Date The date that this form was attached to
the work unit.
WFF-START-TIME Numeric 6 (hhmmss)
Element: Start Time The time that this folder was attached
to the work unit.

Element: Delete Fl This is a Boolean field that indicates
that this file is hidden from Inbasket.
If the file still exists, it can be
restored by resetting the value of this

WFF-ATTACH-BY Alpha 30 (Lower Case)
Element: Attach By This field shows the user ID of the
user who attached the form to the work
unit.
