Workflow Folder History
The Workflow Folder History file contains folder data for completed work
units. Records are added to this file by the work unit clean-up routine.

folder item.

Element: Form A form ID for Lawson application forms.

Element: Key String A comma separated string of key field
data.
WHF-START-DATE Numeric 8 (yyyymmdd)
Element: Start Date This is the date when the folder item
was attached to the work unit.
WHF-START-TIME Numeric 6 (hhmmss)
Element: Start Time This is the time when the folder item
was attached to the work unit.
WHF-WF-DESCRIPTION Alpha 50 (Lower Case)

Element: Delete Fl This is a Boolean flag indicating
whether or not a folder item is hidden
from Inbasket. If the file still exists,
it can be restored by resetting this

Element: Attach By The user ID of the user who attached
the folder item to the work unit.
