Using Lawson Excel query wizard, select query source "database tables", then your product line, system code RQ (requisitions), and REQHEADER as the table. You'll probably want fields COMPANY, REQ-LOCATION, REQUESTER, REQ-NUMBER, REQ-DEL-DATE, REQ-DESC, VENDOR, and VENDOR-NAME. Depending on your requirements, you will also want to include some selection criteria, such as a condition like "APPROVED" or something.

REQ-DESC should be the description field.
