Per the May 2003 Lawson Guru Letter on Lawson v8 Invoice Matching Procedures, we should enable the "norecline" Process Flow. Where can I find that? I do not see it as a service definition and I cannot find a flow for it.
We are on 8.0.3 MSP 10. Thanks

It's called "No Receipts in Match Pool" (see page 43 of the Process Flow Reference Guide for version 8.0.3). You can enable the service from the Logan form WF05. It will work trigger a normal MA66.2 type of invoice message without a .flo executable.

According to the No Receipts in Match Pool Service, the Accounts Payable Clerk is notified, not the buyer as it says in the Lawson Guru letter from May 2003. We want the buyer to be notified and we do not use authority codes in accounts payable for the clerk to notified anyway. Is the documentation correct from May 2003?

(Bill, please correct me if I'm wrong...)

The NoRcptInPool service simply creates PF workunits. You would need to assign the users (LOGAN form WF12) to the appropriate PF role/task in order for them to see these workunits in their inbasket.

If you wanted to take it a step further, you would write a ProcessFlow (using ProcessFlow Designer to generate a .flo file) to "consume" the workunits and generate an email. You would attach that process [LOGAN form WF07] to the NoRcptInPool service. That is what triggers the execution of the flow when the service is triggered.
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

Sorry for the delay in my response. John's response is essentially correct. I'll add that the basic workflow will generate an MA66.2 message, and whomever is assigned to those queues will need to resolve the message. If you have licensed Process Flow Pro, you can enhance the basic service with email notification of your choosing and move the "resolution" to the inbasket procedure.
