Returns and Credits

    We are having a situation where our return value and credit value do not always match on PO64 and PO30. We are on 8.0.3..
    Any help would be great...

      If you are referring to invoice keyed credit value on PO64 this can happen if you don't build restocking fees into the Return on PO30 - the invoice won't match.

        Good morning, I am actually referring to the Credit Value on PO31 not matching Return Value on AP20....Sorry for the confusion...:D
