RQ500 error report-account unit

    We created a new pyxis location and the REQ/orders are being rejected due to Account unit must match one specified for requester. Carefusion thinks is might be a setup issue in Lawson, any suggestions where to look?

      Look at the Accounting Units tab on the RQ04 record for the requester used for these Pyxis reqs. Do you use a generic requester? I would leave this tab blank so the requester has global access.

        The accounting unit is not blank, it matches the one on the Pyxis machine. However, receiving realized the machines did not have the cost center correctly so they changed it to match the one in RQ04 a couple of days ago. We are wondering if the pyxis machine needed to reboot?
        FYI... the users are able to add items manually for the same requester/location.

          I don't know anything about Pyxis. But whatever AU is on the interface file for RQ500 needs to be listed on the Accounting Units tab in RQ04 or leave the tab blank so any AU sent will work. If the machine is sending the wrong AU then the ball is back in Carefusion's court.

            This issue has been resolved. The pyxis machine needed to be reboot after changing the accounting unit to match the requester in rq04. Thank you JoanA for your help!
