Does anyone currently use Lawson RQC and Procurement with Food Services? We are bringing on our Food Services department and our pricing fluctuates with our Food Services vendor. We are using EDI to transmit our orders. However the invoice pricing is different than the PO pricing and what is in PO25 because the price is constantly fluctuating. Any suggestions on automating the pricing updates? Thanks for your help.

When you say "bringing in" do you mean into the item master, or just using RQC? We create item master items for the "solid" goods - cans, paper goods, etc. We do not add the per weight items as they fluctuate too greatly. The users order those directly from the vendor website.
We had considered trying to board the vendor website through Punchout - that should bring in the pricing at point of order. If we turned on 856 in GHX but not in ED40, that should error out the receipts but allow the buyer to see the shipping slips in GHX and allow PO correction.
