Physical 2 Virtual converstion

We have a problem with our physical server that every time that we have to reboot it, it becomes unstable and unusable for users. Infor support can not come up with why this is happening and frankly has not been getting a good direction for a fix from any of the logs. In order to try and get a copy of the physical server, separated from our production server, so that it can be further trouble shoot I did a p2v conversion using vmware standalone converter tool. Everything went well but I can not get the environment to start on the virtual server. I don' t know if someone here could help with what is going on with the copied server, BTW this copy is a full copy using the converter tool and is separated from the real production server by vLANs so they can not see each other on the network.
