Has anyone added an option to the Gender drop down list? We would like to add "refuse to answer" option to the drop down list.

That seemingly simple change would require a modification to the PAEMPLOYEE table and the HR11.scr.    After that, I am not sure if other programs would need to be modified to handle a new gender code.   I would imagine there would be some other changes necessary as well.

Just curious - how will EEO reports work if the option is refuse to answer?

Our thought is then managers would do a visual identification and we would make the change based on that with an action that has a reason that states its a visual identification.

Our compliance vendor is the one stating they offer a "refuse to answer" option. We are questioning whether or not that is needed as well. But trying to cover all of our bases.

Kelly....  why not have HR do the verification, since they would be face to face with the person?

The form will be completed online in our compliance center. The HR person will not have the option to complete or "change" an answer on the form. And our HR people do not see every employee face to face.
