ACA Reporting

    In our organization we are having somewhat of an internal struggle, determining who will run the 1095-C reports for ACA. Curious to know who is handling ACA reporting in your organization...is the Benefits division, payroll division, or HRIS/HRMS division? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

      Althought this is a tax form, the benefits department will submit the tax information to the IRS. the forms will be available to employees through ESS.

        I'm hearing that some folks are breaking their responsibilities down into two functions. HR runs the reports to get them ready for filing and Finance handles the employee reporting. I'm going to share this information with the team...don't know how well this will go over but we'll see.
