Hello,
I have a Seniority plan that uses a LP07 Calculation off of a service class. The calculation is multiplied by “1” to give credit for each hour under the service class credit. I now need to add a few new codes to the calculation at “.25” credit. How do others handle this? Are you using a formula instead of a calc?
