BSI is very slow

    When we try to do anything in BSI our response time is about 6 minutes per screen. For example: Click on Modeling and then click on Payment Overrides and then click on 457F.
    It takes 6 minutes for the Plan/Earning Overrides for Group 457F screen to open up. Then click on New. It takes 6 minutes for the Plan/Earning Override Details screen to open up.
    Installing new bulletins takes all day.  We are on windows. We are remote hosted and have no response time issues with any other Lawson application. Has anyone else got this
    problem, or have any recommendations?
