Dependent History

    We are looking for a report that will show historical transactions on dependents. Specifically, we are interested in seeing what was updated on a dependent by staff through the Self Serve application during a specific time period. If there isn't a report through the Lawson application does anyone have a Crystal Report or know of the tables that could be queried through a reporting application that could return dependent history?

      To my knowledge, the only 'history' tracked on a dependent is the datestamp/user_ID combo attached to the row for the dependent in EMDEPEND. I'm hoping you find out there is more to it then that, our Benefits group refuses to attach dependents to benefits till the office has received the appropriate documentation (i.e. birth certificate, marriage license) and it's a nightmare just after open enrollment attempting to narrow down who needs to have what happen to them.

        I'm not sure what version it was added in, but in version 10, there is a new topic on HR10 for tracking dependent history (DP). It looks like there are then options on the HR213 for reporting on it. I haven't used it though so I don't know how well it works.
