Is there another data attribute in the S3 database that determines if an employee is active versus inactive?  We are currently struggling with the attribute, EMP-STATUS, which appears to be more of a status type.  When you look at its definition, it appears to be truly payroll related.

ST-STATUS looked promising but in our database, the value is always 0 for all employees, active or terminated.

In the past, we've used the term date from the employee table - value = terminated, blank = active. That's also one field that will prevent an employee from being able to access self service -

Thank you Stephanie, we had discussed use of that attribute and will bring this information to the attention of my team.

You could set up an employee group in HR55 - where you can specify a combination of EMP-STATUS, TERM-DATE and other criteria to specify what is active
