ESS: How to change field description

    We store employee's personal email in Address 4.  How to change the field descripton on ESS from Address 4 to Personal Email?

      Try editing the message tag in essmsgs.xml and see if that does the trick. For AIX, essmsgs.xml is located at $WEBDIR/lawson/xhrnet/xml/lang/enus (for English).
