Currently, we have a flex plan in place for regular employees (aka ee) and they accrual flex time every pay period. I am working on creating another flex plan for a small group of doctors that get a flat number of days every year.

I thought I had it set up correctly...created the employee group (aka ee grp) to identify who is eligible for this plan, tied it to the same Absence Plan (it's cycle based so I think I can do that.) but defined the service, accrual, eligibility, limit, payroll and gl rules (LP03.1-LP03-6). After I ran the HR155 for the new ee grp, I ran the LP101 Mass absence plan add just for that new ee grp. Everything appeared to be set up correctly.

I ran the LP140 and some ee's updated with 29 allotment hours (they get 29 days a year) but other ee's didn't show anything but zero's. I can't find a difference between these ee's to figure out why some show 29 and some do not.

Ultimately, I don't want it to reflect as hours but days...any tips for best practice on setting up flat amount flex plan? I thought since it was a flat amt that these would be super easy to set up. What was I thinking? This is Lawson we're talking about!

    Any advise, suggestions, are appreciated.

    TIA,

    S
