HR06 Error Message - "Cannot inactivate; active Time Records exist"

    I went to HR06 today to inactivate a job code we are no longer using. However, when I changed the Status field from "A" to "I" and clicked Change, I got an error message reading "Cannot inactivate; active Time Records exist" and was unable to proceed. Has anybody else ever received this message, and if so how did you navigate around it? Thanks!

      The HR06 does check for existing active time records. You will need to look through the table TIMERECORD for any lingering records using that particular job code. Once you find that (them) they will either need to be processed or removed.
