We are a current mainframe INFOR customer that has made a decision to implement Infor Lawson S3 Payroll and HR modules (HR mostly for the Benefits piece). We are very close to kicking off the project. Since this technology is new to us, I'm looking for anyone that would be willing to spend 15 minutes on any advice/guidance on implementation strategy in terms of; consultants (we never used them before so how much and where), training classes, implementation guides and general things to watch out for. I understand time is precious, so I'm looking for high level stuff to give us some direction.
