Is anyone using Lawson Performance Management for Healthcare?

Hi Mary, we had it briefly about 3 or 4 years ago and never offically went live with it. We started on writing job descriptions but the lack of global templates (at the time) had us looking for a different solution. We also had trouble locating other companies using the product and lack of good tech support within Lawson.
