Is anyone running an interface from Lawson HR/Payroll to API Payrollmation/Active Staffer?

Yes. We are currently. From Lawson to API and back. Although I'm not the expert in this particular interface, I can pass any questions you have along.

We're having problems with the data going into Active Staffer. We paid API to give us the specifications for the Lawson to API interface, and it looks like Payrollmation is updating properly, but Active Staffer is not getting the data it needs (like FTE). We had API Navigator prior to going live with Lawson so links had to be taken down and we're not sure that they have been re-established properly and/or that the interface has all of the data fields that Active Staffer needs. So if there is anyone at your company that would be willing to talk to me and our sys admins we would appreciate the help.

Mary: I have someone that says she's willing to talk, but is pretty busy with another go-live right now. If you'd message me with email address and/or contact information, I'll pass it along to her. Go-live may take her a week or more, but if you don't hear anything from her in a couple weeks. Post again, and I'll see if I can't get her to contact you.

Hey Greg,
Any chance that your person might have time this week? I would just like to talk to her before we pay API (again) to give us the correct interface specs that work for both Payrollmation and Active Staffer.

Greg,
We have made zero headway with API - is there any chance that your person would be willing to talk to us sometime in the next month?

Mary: I sent you an email this morning to take this more off-line. Just wanted to be sure you didn't think I was ignoring you.
